Our Registration is the most thorough process to help ensure that we have your information to take the best care of your pets.

Our e-mail registration is designed to save you time but we rely on you to make sure you read everything. Our personal phone registration is much more informative and helpful, but not always available or fits into your time constraints. Again, you will find that we are very thorough and try to have as much information as possible just in case. Please be patient with this process, once it is complete, you are all set for years of great pet care just a phone call away, even if you do not need us until next year.

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Dorinne Whynott, because you are not speaking to me directly and choosing the web registration, I want you to feel VERY comfortable. I do own this company and love everything about it. YOU and YOUR PETS are the most important thing to me. I want to stress that if you have ANY question, please call me. When you have the time, please check out my history under "About Us'. I have been in animal welfare and rescue for over 30 years and animals will always be very important to me. I have worked with many abuse cases, have a background in behavior and obedience. If you ever need any pet care information, ideas or suggestions to help with your pets, please call. I thoroughly enjoy helping people develop their relationship with their pets to a most wonderful place. If you do have the opportunity anytime in the future to call and get to know me better and allow me to get to know you and your pets better, I would absolutely love it. Okay, back to your personalized pet care registration.

Your one time registration fee of $20, will be charged on your credit card for your personalized pet care file, however, if you use our service for a minimum of 2+ consecutive visits within 30 days of your completed registration with us, it will be deducted from your total (unless it is a rush or last minute registration). Your reservation must be made at the time of your registration and included here. Your registration fee helps to cover the time to make up your personalized pet care file, fill out our forms, fax, and to enter all of your personalized pet care into our computers so we will be ready when you need us. It also helps to keep our prices down if you may not need us until next month, next year or whenever.

Once we receive your personal info, we will fill out your personalized pet care forms, enter everything in our computer and finish your file, so we can pet sit for you 365 days per year, whenever you need us.

When I fill out the 6 forms with your information, I will fax 14 pages total, which will include a cover page, the 6 pages that you need to sign (date, fax back & mail originals) and 7 pages for you to keep for reference.

After e-mailing all of your answers to us, please allow a minimum of 24 – 48 hours during our office call back hours of Monday through Thursday – 9am-12pm, for us to fax completed forms to you. For example: if you e-mail your registration to us on a Thursday, your forms will be faxed to you on the following Monday or Tuesday, if Monday is a holiday then it will be on a Tues. or Wed. If for whatever reason, you need a RUSH, please call our office immediately. If we can, we will try very hard to help. There is an extra charge if we must come into the office outside of Monday – Thursday from 9am – 12pm.

Please read everything, make sure that I have written things correctly, fax back signed pages 1 - 6. Again, make sure that all information including all pet care instructions are correct because this is what we will go by. Everything must be written down on these sheets. If you wish to include any additional information, feel free to type it up and include it with the forms. We would also appreciate written directions to your home from any major road.

The returned faxed signed copies legally allow us to care for your pets on the first visit or meeting a sitter, then we need the forms, pages 1 - 6 with your original signature on them, so that I can finish your file and we can legally continue pet care after the first visit or anytime in the future.

I want to stress that our company strives for great pet care and your peace of mind, so if you have ANY questions or concerns, please call immediately. Do not wait. Even if you think it is not important or silly, please call. Since 1990, we have found that our policies and procedures have evolved to be the best in keeping pet care top priority.

The page numbers below, refer to the forms that I will fill in with your answers and then Once I have completed the forms with your personalized information, I will fax the forms to you to be signed. The forms are not included here, just the questions.

Your registration can not be started or processed without an active credit card. If you do not want to send it in this e-mail, please call our office, and leave the entire number, expiration date, 3 digit code on the back and the complete name on the card in a voice message. The owner is the only one who will hear your message. Credit cards are required for all clients, whether you pay cash or check. They are required to be updated and active at all times. Credit cards are a must for any medical emergency, most animal hospitals will not help your pet without one. Most clients find this convenient for all services.

For people with Gift Certificates - If you have a Gift Certificate, you can use it towards your registration, but you will need to mail it to us, before we can process your registration, book a minimum of 2 visits within 30 days at time of registration, and you will still need to provide a credit card.

This credit card will be on your form and again must be updated & active for medical emergencies whether you pay by check or credit card. Your credit card will be charged for this registration as soon as we receive your answers to these questions. We will then fax filled forms to you to be signed.

If you are including dates needed for pet care with this registration, this first time will be charged to your credit card. Default will be a payment preference of credit card on file.

We should have a trash can outside the home or in your garage to leave the dirty litter because it will smell up your house after just 2 days.

Anyone allowed in your home or have a key when you are not there? Such as a friend, neighbor relative, housekeeper, cleaning person, yard person, construction?

Any alarm codes, passwords, and/or garage codes - even if we have a garage code, we need a key into the home in case of power/battery failure. Also keep in mind due to numerous alarms, etc. that we will probably set them off, we are not responsible for any costs incurred, make sure we have codes and passwords.

Keys - we need 2 sets of keys. Make sure you try them and they work easily. One set is with the sitter while she is pet sitting and then comes back to the office and is locked in your file. The second set is always in the office in case of an emergency. We had a sitter get into a car accident and could not get to the keys, so it was imperative that we had the second set to care for the pets.

How did you hear about our company?

Fax number needed - work, friend, home, or a business (kinkos, staples - keep in mind these charge per page and all of your information will be on these pages). We will be faxing to you in the next 2 days or so.

Mailing - if you choose for us to mail these forms, there is an added handling/copying/postage charge and will be charged to your credit card. If you are planning on mailing all of the forms back to Prof. Pet Sitting Etc., please make sure that there is a minimum of 14 days from the date of you receiving the filled out forms from our office before services begin. Call our office to be sure there is adequate time to ensure you will be covered. If there is not, we can make a plan to ensure your pets will be covered. We always have a plan.

All the instructions of what you need to do are on the cover sheet, however, you should read everything, make sure everything was written correctly. Date and sign pages 1 – 6 (page numbers are in the bottom right). Pages 7 – 13 are for you to keep for reference. Fax back and mail signed pages 1 – 6. Again, the signed faxed pages legally allow us to go into your house and care for your pets on the FIRST visit only. Please mail back the forms after faxing, if there is enough time before services are to start. We need pages 1 – 6 with your original (no copies) signature for our office so I can finish your file and we can legally enter your home for pet care anytime after the first visit and in the future. Keep in mind, your one time registration fee is non-refundable, even if you do not answer these questions or fax signed pages back to us. So, please return promptly so you can be ready if ever and whenever you need great pet care.

You will be receiving the Cover Sheet and 13 pages – 14 pages total.

Once your file has been completed, you can make your reservations for 365 days per year and we can do 1 to 4 visits per day. We can make pet care visits for any reason – vacations, business trips, day trips, emergencies, and hospitalization. You can use our service everyday or only need us for one supper visit every other year. Whatever your pet care needs, we can probably help you.

Our most requested service is for people who work every day – we go in and let your beloved best friend out to have a much needed bathroom break, get some exercise, hugs and cookies. This break is so important that animal welfare organizations require it in many adoptions, it may help in some behavioral problems when pets are left home alone and may help alleviate some urinary and bladder infections when urine is held for long periods of time. Give your pet the gift of love – work day let outs in the middle of your work day.
