Office Call Back Hours: 9AM to 1PM, Monday through Thurs.
- Please leave a message
for all return calls. To keep costs
down and to not raise prices in this economy, we have no
receptionist available during office hours.
- Office is closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and ALL holidays
(see holiday list below). We will check
messages for emergencies once per day when closed.
Messages can be checked anytime from 7am - 12pm.
So to be safe, call before 7am on days closed or
your message may not be heard until the next day.
- Pet sitting can be scheduled for 365 days a year,
1 - 4 visits per day.
- We do apologize in advance, we receive many
calls, so please leave a
message and we will return your call as soon as we
can. ALL calls are returned.
- Messages can be left 24/7 at
your convenience, then we will call you back
during our call back hours and speak with you
directly or leave you a message answering your
questions or confirming your reservations.
- All calls returned when office is open, 9am - 1pm, Monday -
Thursday, the main reason why we only have these
call back hours is to keep our prices to you as
low as possible.
- There will be added charges for
any calls that
must be done when our office is closed. If
you want a call outside of call back hours, you
must leave in your message that you are okay with
the charge.

YEAR, 1 - 4 VISITS PER DAY!! Be ready for any
emergency, so your pets are always cared for.
Additional Information:
- We can receive 100+ phone calls in a day.
Our busiest phone times are from 8am - 3pm,
Monday - Thursday, if you are having trouble
getting through due to high call volume, feel free
to e-mail. If you want to speak with
someone, always leave a phone message.
These messages are checked frequently Monday - Thursday,
9am-12pm.
For emergencies, messages are checked once during
closed days and holidays somewhere between 7am -
12pm.
Note: If for whatever reason, after leaving an
e-mail, fax or voicemail, you do not receive a call
back from the office during our call back times,
PLEASE contact us again. Everyone has at one
time or another had failures with e-mail, fax
machines, computers and telephone answering
machines. WE WILL ALWAYS CALL YOU BACK.
- When we are closed, Call 603-888-8088 to use our
automated phone system which will answer
most if not all of
your questions.
- If you need same day service - call our
office as soon as possible. The earlier you
call the better chance we may be able to fit you
in for that day. We can not guarantee that
we can fit you in, however, we do really well in
helping most times.
- Holiday List - Our pet sitters
do pet sit every day including holidays at our
holiday charge.
Here is a list of days we consider holidays:
New Year's Eve (31), New Year's Day (1), Martin
Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Mother's
Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,
Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day,
Thanksgiving Day AND day after (Thursday &
Friday), Christmas Eve Day (24), Christmas Day
(25).
Last Minute Reservations, calls
made when office is closed and added charges:

We do pet sit 365 days per year,
however, to keep our prices as low as possible,
our office makes all return phone calls within hours
listed above. We make all phone calls and
all confirmations during that time. If we
must call you outside of our listed office hours
for any reason, there will be added charges.

We do ask for a minimum of 48 hour
notice Monday - Thursday on all reservations.
If you need a reservation on a day that we are
closed, for example on Friday, Saturday or Sunday,
please call no later than the previous Wednesday,
allowing 48 hours before we are closed on Friday.
This will allow us to make arrangements and
confirmations. Even with this notice, we can not
guarantee we will be able to fit you into our
schedule, however, we will try our best.

If you do need pet care and your
reservation is last minute, if the pet sitter must
make an unexpected trip to the office to pick up
your keys and pet care forms, there will be an
added charge to cover the pet sitter's time and
the cost of gas. We have tried to keep
our prices as low as possible, but due to the
economy, we have needed to make some changes.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may
cause.

If you need to contact us regarding scheduling/reservations, please call
our office or if e-mailing, please make reservations at least 14+ days in
advance, to give enough notice for confirmations.
If you need service before then, call our office,
or try to e-mail, we can not guarantee that we can
help you but in most cases we do pretty good at
helping whenever we can.

To become a
Registered Client with us
Registration is essential
to obtain your personalized pet care information. The hardest part is the
registration. We are VERY thorough in obtaining
all information and try to cover as much as possible.
The owner has extensive experience in animal health and
welfare, interviewing skills and being in business for
over 20 years which enables us to ensure and perfect
this process for the best pet care possible. So,
please be patient, once this is complete, we are just a
phone call away, whether you need one supper visit to
feed and walk the dog for the year or you need every
week, we are here for you and your pets, in emergencies and
for when you go and have fun.
Remember that when you
register with us, you will not have to find another
sitter, ever. We cover most of Southern New
Hampshire, so even if you move away to another area that
we service, you will still be covered for your pet care.
If your sitter ever becomes sick, family emergency, or
whatever, we send in her back up to make sure your pets
are always cared for. This is why we are so
thorough in our registration, so that everything is
written down. You will never be called while you
are on vacation to be told you need to find someone to
care for your pets because your pet sitter was ill.
We also do all of the checking, calling references,
police checks and training. We do this to keep you and
your pets SAFE so you do not have to. You just
need to become registered and call us when you need pet
care. We do the rest, so you don't have to.
3 Easy
Steps to become Registered
1 -
One Time Registration fee to cover necessary time to compile your
personalized pet care and house information, filling out
our forms, entering you into our computer system -
20 for email registration, 30 for phone registration.
2 -
For a phone registration,
we will set up a time during our call back times to ask
all of our information and fill our our forms.
Please allow 30-45 or so minutes for time. This
books fast, so it may take several weeks to get an
appointment.
For
email registration, just click
registration questions. Then just
answer the questions, and e-mail back.
We will fill out the forms. Please allow 20-40 or so
minutes to answer all questions. Depending on your
answers, may need additional information.
3 -
We will then fax or mail the forms to be be
signed. Once we have original signed forms, your
file is complete and you can make pet care reservations
365 days per year and we can do 1 - 4 visits per day.
Keep in mind that if we are mailing, you should allow at
least 14 or more days before you need pet care service.
